This lovely little character cottage looks as if its straight out of a storybook. It is a one bedroom house located in the bustly country city of Ballarat, Victoria. Very enchanting! Wouldnt you rather live in this or a one bedroom flat or unit somewhere else?....I know what my answer would be! So much potential!
